Dr Nyamathe runs an NGO with a focus on mentoring young women in spaces where nobody see’s their potential. 

She mentors women in high school who have ambition of entering the health sciences. 

She has also mentored young women who are already in the health sciences through their journey. Mentorship is a responsibility that every one should take on. Every young person deserves the chance to have their dreams realized
